Our story
Our journey began in 1968 when we started as cutting tool manufacturers under the name Randhawa Engineering Works. Driven by a passion for engineering excellence, we initially focused on creating tools that met the highest industry standards. As our expertise grew, so did our ambition.
Recognizing the need for more efficient tool sharpening machinery in our own production processes, we began manufacturing these machines for internal use. This transition marked a pivotal moment in our evolution. With first-hand knowledge of manufacturing cutting tools, we understood precisely what clients needed from their machines—unmatched precision, durability, and performance.
Origin of apar
As demand for our machines grew, we realized their potential as standalone products. In 1983, we branded them under the name "Apar," and what started as an internal solution soon became a distinct business line. The positive response from the market, coupled with our in depth knowledge of tool manufacturing, propelled Apar into becoming a trusted name in specialized tool and cutter grinding machinery.
